Prepare the Package
Place the sneakers back in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your proof of postage; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
